Our Client helps people who are in debt by providing free debt advice and debt solutions. and assisting them on their journey to become debt-free.

Responsibilities.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, and outstanding debts.
• Provide tailored advice on debt management strategies and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry into accounting software.
• Utilise strong phone etiquette to communicate with clients professionally and empathetically.
• Assist in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote our services.
• Manage accounts payable processes as needed, ensuring timely payments and record keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications.

• Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is a plus.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Serve as a senior member of the team, responsible for promoting our Clients' debt solutions and services. 

You’ll work hard, of course, but they will give you full and intensive training to give you all the skills you’ll need to contribute towards the excellent service that their clients quite rightly expect.
