Are you an experienced IVA Drafter looking for a new role?

A dynamic Manchester-based insolvency practice is expanding, and we’re seeking skilled professionals to help them deliver tailored debt solutions with precision, empathy, and compliance.

To be suitable for this position, applicants should:

Experienced in Insolvency with a genuine desire to succeed in a successful team environment.

• Consultative sales mindset.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical competence and attention to detail.

Your role will include:

• Completion of SIP3 / fact-find calls with new clients.
• Collection and analysis of supporting documentation.
• Convening the Meeting of Creditors.
• Effective questioning of factors relevant to the client's circumstances.
• Liaising with the client to obtain any missing information or documents required.
• Draft proposal for approval by IP & client. 
• Recent knowledge of voting house requirements.

Salary starting at: £30k pa plus performance-related bonus. 

Monday to Friday - office hours.
