DEBT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER

A Debt Management Team Leader is required for our Greater Manchester client.


Overview.


We are seeking a dedicated Debt Management Team Leader for our Client, a leading financial services company located in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

The candidate have previous experience working as a Debt Management Team Leader, possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial services guidelines and practices.


Duties:


  • Oversee the post-appointment section, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team of advisors.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases or disputes.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage workloads and allocate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Lead and manage a Debt Management team to ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Delegating tasks to a team of debt management advisors.
  • Oversee processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Liaising with Creditors and Debtors on all Client related issues and queries.


Skills.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively..
  • Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry tasks to ensure accuracy in records.
  • Experience in a similar role working within the financial services profession is essential to the role.
  • Knowledge of the financial services market and guidelines.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
