Our Client is a highly successful Insolvency practice based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.

We are now looking to recruit experienced Debt Advisors.

You will be responsible for the full sales process from initial client phone calls, identifying eligible customers, and liaising with them to complete their application.

What we look for:

• Previous experience as a telephone-based Debt consultant, focusing on working with real-time warm IVA web leads.
• B2B / B2C outbound sales experience.
• Thorough understanding of the legislation around Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs)..
• Good negotiating and closing sales skills.
• Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills.
• Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven.
• Flexible working attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary:       Up to £30,000.00 per year
