Our Client is expanding, which means they are once again looking for a Trainee Consultant to join a growing team at their offices in the centre of Macclesfield, close to all public transport links and modern offices.

What does my Client do?

They are a platform to support, help, and guide business owners with everything they need to start, sustain, or grow.

You will be working directly with business owners, LTD company directors, and Insolvency Practitioners, so strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

YOUR KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and developing new business prospects.
• Making outbound calls from the in-house dialling system.
• Updating their in-house CRM systems with all details of any changes through contact with the Client.
• Knowledge of data handling/ exporting Client information.
• Managing new prospect data via our CRM system.
• Assisting the business in achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Objection handling.
• Working closely with the Directors and their advisory team.

ABOUT YOU.

• You will need to be determined and confident when speaking to business owners of all different levels.
• At least 1-2 years in a sales role is required.
• Previous experience of working in a B2B/B2C environment is advantageous.
• Experience within accounts or finance is desirable but not essential, as a full training programme will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year, rising after a successful probation period.

Additional pay: Performance bonus
