We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding Insolvency practice in Worsley, Greater Manchester.
We are seeking an experienced Insolvency - MOC Officer to join them.
As a MOC Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient processing of IVA voting documentation, creditor interactions, and the formal process of approving IVAs.
You will be the final contact with the customer before they engage in the legally binding arrangement; as such, you will be key to upholding standards and best practices for all stakeholders.
You will be a competent communicator and will have sufficient expertise and skills to challenge outcomes and present alternative propositions to ensure favourable outcomes for both creditors and our valued customers.
Your role.
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and formal approval of IVA cases.
- Processing creditor “Proof of Debt” and “Proxy” forms and understanding the impact of modifications on IVA outcomes.
- Ability to understand voting processes.
- Using verbal and written communication skills to ensure the clients receive excellent client onboarding services. Able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaising with and making recommendations to creditors, debtors, and other parties to achieve a balanced and favourable IVA outcome for all.
- Inputting data accurately; being organised and professional.
- Have a keen understanding of IVA structures and how to review a debtor’s circumstances.
- Strong administration and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and client awareness.
- Previous experience working on IVA’s (desired but not necessarily essential).
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team.
- Driven in order to deliver against the needs of the business.
- Good understanding of MS Office Applications

Salary: £28,000.00 per year + performance-related bonus.
