The ReKruit are hiring a Creditor Liaison Officer to join our growing Clients based in Salford Quays,Manchester.

Your role.
- To deal with general creditor / voting house queries over the phone and by email.
- To maintain the creditor details and voting house databases by updating relevant information.
- Answering creditor call and queries maintaining accuracy of details.
- To maintain and update according to departmental processes, proofs of debts from creditors ensuring consequences of changes are managed effectively.
- To update client files with details of assigned debts.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
- To continue to learn about and understand existing products & services and keep up to date with changes.
- To play a full and active role in the coaching process, ensuring that individual coaching objectives are met and your skill level is consistently developed.
- To assist with development of new colleagues through buddying after induction.
- To take responsibility for your own development and highlight training needs to your Manager as and when required.
Flexibility & learning.
- The profile is not an exhaustive list of activities that the role holder may be required to undertake.
- The company may require the role holder to perform other duties, as the company deem necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role
- Comply with GDPR Legislation concerning the disclosure of information.
- Comply with all regulatory bodies e.g. ICAEW, IPA, FCA.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to a GCSE standard Employees.
Experience required.
- Have a confident telephone manner when speaking to people at all levels.
- Friendly_ positive _attitude with a ‘can do’ approach to work
- Experience of the IVA industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
- Highly self motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PC and keyboard skills including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Someone with a keen eye for detail and meticulous in their work.
- A flexible fun-loving people person who is a team player.
-Ability and willingness to work flexibly within the Company’s required operating hours.
