Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ECO4 Sales Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients through effective communication and product knowledge.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to help customers find the right solutions to meet their needs, and full training with ongoing career support will be provided.
Responsibilities
An ECO4 Sales Advisor is a sales professional who identifies and engages with eligible households to inform them about and help them access energy-efficient upgrades funded by the UK government's ECO4 scheme.
Your role includes educating customers on benefits like insulation and heating improvements and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement.
Directly interacting with homeowners and tenants to discuss ECO4 scheme benefits and eligibility.
Lead Generation and Conversion.
Identifying qualifying properties and converting leads into sales for energy-efficient upgrades.
Educating on Benefits.
Explaining the advantages of measures like internal/external wall insulation, solar PV, air source heat pumps, and loft/room-in-roof insulation.
Property Assessment.
Conducting assessments to determine eligibility for upgrades and facilitating the application process.
Knowledge of Schemes.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ECO4 and GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme) initiatives.
