We seek experienced IVA Drafters who are required to join a growing Manchester-based insolvency practice.

To be suitable for this position, applicants should:

Experienced in Insolvency (with a volume provided) with a genuine desire to succeed in a successful team environment.

• A positive attitude and a can-do approach.
• Consultative sales mindset.
• The desire to build a long-term career.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical competence and attention to detail.

Your role will include:

• Completion of SIP3 / fact-find calls with new clients.
• Collection and analysis of supporting documentation.
• Convening the Meeting of Creditors.
• Effective questioning of factors relevant to the client's circumstances.
• Liaising with the client to obtain any missing information or documents required.
• Draft proposal for approval by IP & client. Experience a must, recent knowledge of voting house requirements, and/or used to drafting in a volume, a huge plus.
