We are looking for a Head of Compliance to lead the monitoring of call compliance and regulatory insolvency requirements throughout the client journey, including advice, assessment, and draft calls.
This is a hybrid role that combines responsibility for regulatory and quality standards with leadership, supporting a positive employee experience and ensuring the business remains compliant across both client and people-focused processes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance within financial services or insolvency.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Manage a small team of Quality and Assurance staff
- Oversee monitoring of all internal calls for regulatory and insolvency compliance
- Provide structured feedback and document quality findings
- Implement tailored training plans based on performance insights
- Identify development opportunities to enhance team consistency and growth
- Lead training initiatives and deliver coaching sessions (1:1 and group)
- Produce regular reports on compliance trends and quality outcomes
- Measure and communicate training impact
- Collaborate with leadership to align compliance goals with business objectives
- Participate in daily compliance meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
Monday to Friday - no weekends.
Starting salary £35k pa + benefits.
