Our Client is a fast-growing insolvency practice with offices in both England and Scotland. They are now recruiting for a Head of Compliance to join them at their offices in Salford Quays, Manchester.

We are looking for a Head of Compliance to lead the monitoring of call compliance and regulatory insolvency requirements throughout our client journey, including advice, assessment, and draft calls, while also overseeing HR functions within the business.

This is a hybrid role that combines responsibility for regulatory and quality standards with HR leadership, supporting a positive employee experience and ensuring the business remains compliant across both client and people-focused processes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance within financial 

services or insolvency, 

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £50k per annum plus benefits to include private health insurance.
