Our client is a well-established and growing Insolvency practice based in Manchester, and they are seeking a Support Administrator to join their Pre-Appointment team.

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support Administrator to join our Pre-Appointment team and to help guide clients through their Insolvency application. This will include updating bank accounts, signing proposals, and preparing for meetings of creditors.
The position also involves managing inbound queries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth pre-appointment process. Please note, - This role does not involve direct interaction with creditors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for Pre-Appointment clients, guiding necessary actions to
progress their cases.
-Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from clients and lead providers.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings of creditors for clients as required.
-Maintain accurate case records and update case management systems to reflect progress.
-Monitor client engagement and follow up as necessary to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
-Prepare and distribute standard correspondence, proposals, and documentation.
-Ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to compliance and data protection standards.
-Provide general administrative support to the Pre-Appointment team.
Skills & Competencies:
-Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude for learning case management systems.
-Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
-Previous administrative or support experience in a professional services environment, preferably in financial
services or insolvency.
-Experience handling confidential information.
-GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Desirable:
-Knowledge or experience of personal insolvency processes (IVAs, Debt Management, Bankruptcy, DROs).
-Experience within insolvency, legal, or financial services.
Starting salary up to - £25K + training and pension, great transport links, and parking nearby if you drive.
