Head of Compliance

We are looking for a Head of Compliance to monitor all of our Clients' call compliance and regulatory insolvency requirements throughout their clients' journey, including advice, assessment, and draft calls, while overseeing some HR functions within the business.

This is a hybrid role that combines responsibility for regulatory and quality standards with HR leadership, supporting a positive employee experience and ensuring the business remains compliant across both client and people-focused processes. 

CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) desirable.

Their Compliance team is made up of a small team of experienced Insolvency professionals who are dedicated to helping our Client achieve their Compliance & Regulatory goals.
