Are you an experienced Debt Advisor looking to step into a senior role within a supportive, growing insolvency practice? This Manchester‑based firm is expanding and looking for a confident, empathetic, and compliance‑focused Senior Debt Advisor to join the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling warm inbound enquiries and conducting detailed fact‑finds.
- Advising clients on suitable debt solutions (IVA, DMP, DRO, etc.).
- Delivering clear, FCA‑aligned advice with a focus on client outcomes.
- Managing your own pipeline and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Preparing accurate documentation and ensuring full compliance.
- Working closely with Insolvency Practitioners and internal teams.
- Supporting junior advisors and contributing to a positive team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in debt advice or insolvency.
- .Strong understanding of UK debt solutions and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Someone who can balance empathy with commercial awareness.
- A team player who wants to grow with the business.
