oking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager to lead and strengthen their lead generation operation across multiple teams.
About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for managing lead generation teams, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, compliant leads into their advisory teams.
You’ll focus on driving performance, improving lead quality, and maintaining a well-structured, scalable operation within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop three lead generation teams.
- Drive lead volume and quality.
- Work closely with compliance to ensure all leads meet regulatory standards.
- Implement clear KPIs, reporting, and performance frameworks.
- Ensure offshore teams consistently meet UK quality and compliance standards.

- Proven experience in lead generation management.
- Background in debt advice or financial services.
- Experience managing multiple teams.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
