Job Description

A growing West Yorkshire‑based insolvency practice is seeking a Newly Qualified JIEB Insolvency Practitioner to join their growing corporate team.

This role offers full remote flexibility or hybrid working, giving you the freedom to work from home while still being part of a high‑performing office.

You’ll step into a supportive environment that invests heavily in newly qualified IPs, offering one of the strongest packages available in the market.

This is an ideal role for someone ready to take appointments, deliver high‑quality corporate insolvency work, and grow into a future senior IP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate case delivery — Lead on administrations, liquidations, CVLs, MVLs, and advisory assignments.
  • Appointment‑taking — Begin taking appointments with full insurance and mentoring support.
  • Stakeholder management — Build strong relationships with directors, creditors, lenders, and legal advisors.
  • Technical excellence — Produce SIP‑compliant reports, case strategy, and high‑quality documentation.
  • Team leadership — Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
  • Early BD exposure — Attend networking events and begin building referrer confidence.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Newly qualified JIEB Insolvency Practitioner (0–2 years PQE).
  • Strong background in corporate insolvency case management.
  • Confident communicator with developing leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • High standards of compliance, ethics, and technical accuracy.

Salary & Bonus

  • £85,000–£95,000 base salary.
  • 15–20% annual bonus.
  • Additional uplift available for early BD potential.
