Job Description

Our client is an ambitious, fast‑growing technology business offering an intelligent rota-management platform that streamlines workforce scheduling. Their software provides real‑time visibility of staffing gaps, smart shift allocation, and a user‑friendly interface that helps organisations manage teams more efficiently.

 

They are committed to improving operational performance for businesses across multiple sectors and are now looking to expand their commercial team with a driven, high‑performing Sales Executive.

 

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in accelerating the growth of this SaaS platform by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision‑makers, and converting qualified leads into long‑term customers.

 

You will manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and product demonstrations to closing deals and supporting a smooth onboarding experience. This is a high‑impact role where you will directly influence revenue growth and help shape the future direction of the product.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Strong lead‑generation and prospecting skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
  • Skilled at presenting software solutions and explaining value propositions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Background in technology or subscription‑based products is advantageous,
